The Business of Inclusion

“Inclusion isn't just the right thing to do; it's good for business.”

If we want companies to be representative of the society we serve, we must address diversity. However, it’s essential to start with inclusion. Diversity is inviting different people to the party, but inclusion is creating an environment where everyone dances. That’s why we need to start with inclusion. Today, studies show that including people who are already part of organizations has an impact on innovation, commitment, and retention. It’s important to understand that ‘inclusion isn’t just the right thing to do; it’s good for business.
