– Which countries do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the world. Shipping costs are added to the total value of the order.
– How long do I have to pay for my order?
Once your order has been placed, you have 4 days to make the payment at an ATM / Homebanking using the details you provided when confirming your order. If payment has not been made after the 10th day, the order will be canceled.
– Can I cancel/change my order?
Once your order has been processed, it will not be possible to cancel or change your order. However, you can return it at a later date.
– How long does it take for an order to arrive?
On average, you will receive your order within 10-15 working days for deliveries in Europe, and 15-25 for the rest of the world, after payment. If you don’t receive your order within 90 working days, please contact our Customer Service team using the form or email he***@ep***************.com.
– My order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If you check the status of your order to see that it has been delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend that you follow these steps:
– Check the delivery address of your order in the customer area;
– Search for the order in the area surrounding the stipulated address;
– See if someone else has accepted the delivery;
– Check for any contact attempts by the transport company.
If you still haven’t received your order after these steps, please contact us at he***@ep***************.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will do everything we can to help you.
– How can I make a return?
You have 14 days from receipt to exchange/return the products you ordered. You must send all the material that came with the order and ensure that the products have not been used. Returns should be addressed to: The Epic Talent Society, Av. Casal Ribeiro, 15, 7º 1000-090 Lisboa.
– How long does it take to process my return?
As a rule, once your returned item has arrived at our premises, we will process the refund within 48 working hours. Depending on your bank, the transaction may take longer to process. If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days, please contact us at he***@ep***************.com.
