Sara Las Cunha is a strategist, operations leader, and educator, best known for over a decade as Operations Manager at CIEE, the Council on International Educational Exchange, where she led international programmes and connected strategy with execution across diverse global contexts.

She is our Project and Operations Manager at The Epic Talent Society, passionate about building people, teams, and experiences that create meaningful impact. With a PhD in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from ISCTE Business School, she combines academic rigour with extensive hands-on experience turning complexity into clear systems, decisions, and results.
