Rita Mendia is a talent and careers specialist, best known as Recruiting Manager at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Lisbon, where she has spent the past decade building and shaping one of the most competitive talent pipelines in consulting, identifying, attracting, and developing the next generation of talent.

As a Career Coach at The Epic Talent Society, Rita draws on a career devoted to people’s potential. Before BCG she spent several meaningful years at Nova School of Business and Economics, first supporting students through the Career Office and later directing the CEMS Master in International Management, giving her a unique perspective on the transition from university to the workplace.

In an era where careers are rarely linear, the question is how great careers are built, and Rita’s conviction is clear: through self awareness, strong values, and continuous learning.

As a coach, Rita helps people understand themselves, navigate career decisions with confidence, and develop the professional behaviours, workplace awareness, and ethical foundations that set outstanding professionals apart. She holds a degree in Management from Nova SBE and gives back through Teach for Portugal, as a Nova SBE Alumni Ambassador, and with the Professional Women’s Network.
