Amy Moberg

Amy Moberg builds enterprise learning, leadership, and organizational development capabilities as levers for business performance and transformation, best known for turning strategy into the skills, behaviours, and structures organisations need to execute at speed. She works where three disciplines intersect: developing people, sharpening how leaders lead, and reshaping how organisations are designed to perform in increasingly complex, AI enabled environments.

At The Epic Talent Society Amy, she has built and scaled global learning and leadership ecosystems supporting more than 2,500 leaders and 50,000 employees, modernising how organisations learn, embedding leadership and capability frameworks into performance management, onboarding, and decision making, and using data and workforce insights to make development measurable and consistent.

In an era where organisations must execute at speed amid constant change, the question is how strategy becomes the real skills, behaviours, and structures that let people perform, and how development stays measurable rather than abstract.

As a leader, she has driven large scale transformation across roles, operating model shifts, capability builds, and enterprise system changes, creating the conditions for organisations to change and deliver at once.

On the AI frontier, she challenges organisations to prepare for an AI enabled world, equipping leaders and teams to work alongside digital coworkers and redesigning roles and workflows around blended human and digital workforces.
