Aliénor Salmon

Aliénor Salmon is a speaker and consultant on wellbeing and social change, best known for a background in social research and policy, having led studies on education policy reform for peace, wellbeing, and gender equality, including UNESCO’s Happy Schools Framework, now adopted by several countries and used to train tens of thousands of educators worldwide.

As an Associate Coach at The Epic Talent Society, Aliénor delivers keynotes, workshops, and programmes on happiness, leadership, resilience, and burnout, providing the insights organisations need to turn wellbeing into a global priority. She is also the author of Finding Rhythm, published by Apollo Publishers in 2021, which captures her journey exploring happiness through dance across the Americas.
